All rates shown online are per reservation (unless otherwise stated). Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Full Payment is due 48 hours before your scheduled event/stay, and is non-refundable. Payments not turned in by this time will result in a loss of your reservation with no return of deposit. Payments can be made by mail, using cash or check, or online, by credit card or PayPal as long as it arrives 48 hours prior to your event/stay.
Catering must be paid in full, 2 weeks prior to stay, and is non-refundable. Food can not be returned once purchased, therefore all food costs are non-refundable.
Complaints or comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance to the manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately. In the case you have enjoyed your stay, please consider giving us a positive review online.
